Master Tones will have no obligation to use, return, review, acknowledge, provide feedback or respond to any User Communications. Master Tones will have no liability related to any User Communications’ content, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, confidentiality or otherwise. Master Tones reserves the right to remove, eliminate, erase or banish any or all User Communications that contains or includes any material Master Tones deems unorthodox, inappropriate, unacceptable, improper or indecent.

Master Tones requires you to register an account and to provide registration details to access this or any portion of this Website. As Master Tones requires an account and password and registration details, it shall be a condition of use of this Website that all the details you provide are accurate, current and complete. If Master Tones has reason to believe that any of the details provided are not correct, current or complete, Master Tones will have the right to refuse your access to the Website, or any of its resources, and to terminate or suspend your account, and you will not be entitled to any refund. PURCHASES

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or another payment method (s) in connection with any Purchase, including but not limited to, any verbal consent of use for credit card or debit card; such use shall be deemed as authorized and the payment shall not be contested, and that (ii) the Purchase Information you provided to us is true, complete and correct.
You understand that the payment for your Purchase will be processed by third-party credit card processors. By submitting the Purchase Information, you grant Master Tones the right to transfer the Purchase Information to third-party credit card processors for purposes of completing your Purchase.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You are entitled to the right to cancel the Purchase within 14 days of Purchase with a refund if the product(s) or service(s) has not been activated. Cancellations are not eligible for any refund once the product(s) or service(s) is activated. Master Tones retains the right to refuse or cancel your order with a refund at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. If fraud or an unauthorized or illegal activity is suspected, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order without any refund.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS
You may submit reviews. The content must not contain anything illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without prejudice to the mandatory rules that may apply in your country of residence.
JURISDICTION
All claims, legal proceedings or litigations arising in connection with these Terms shall be brought solely in Taiwan Taipei District Court.
SEVERABILITY
If a provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not invalidate or render unenforceable the entire agreement, but rather these Terms shall be construed as if not containing the particular invalid or unenforceable provision or provisions, and the rights and obligations of each party shall be construed and enforced accordingly.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, including the Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement, represent the entire and exclusive agreement between Master Tones and you regarding the use of the Service and prevail over any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional, communications. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Master Tones.
AMENDMENT
Master Tones may make changes to any portion of these Terms from time to time By continuing to use our Services, you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted any amendments. If you do not agree to any change to this Agreement, you must discontinue using our Service.
